AI for agents and managers: more time for people
Listings, portal enquiries, follow-ups, letters to tenants – much of it is templated writing. That's exactly where AI is strong.
"Write a friendly standard reply to enquiries about an apartment: viewing on [date], please bring proof of income. Maximum five sentences."

Writing to tenants and owners
Three examples from everyday work
Examples for illustration – not client projects. Always check results yourself.
Listing text
Property data becomes an appealing, honest text.
Write a listing text: [property type], [location], [size], features: [list]. Target audience: [family/couple]. Credible, inviting, no exaggeration.
Follow-up
A personal message after the viewing.
Write a short message to prospective tenants after viewing [property]. Ask about open questions and continued interest.
Circular to tenants
Clear and friendly, e.g. about tradesperson appointments.
Write a circular to all tenants: on [date], [work] will be carried out. What does this mean for them? Factual, friendly.
Data protection: Names, income details and proof-of-income documents from prospective tenants don't belong in a general-purpose AI program. Work with placeholders.

Can the AI make a property look better than it is?
