How the hour works
Setting up
We set up an AI programme of your choice on your device, for example ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. The free version is enough to begin with.
Setting it up securely
We go through the most important privacy settings. You learn what doesn't belong in an AI tool and how to spot wrong answers and fakes.
Trying it yourself
You solve three tasks from your everyday life, for example writing an email or a letter, planning a trip, or having a difficult text explained in plain language.

Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. If you can write an email, that's all you need.
What do I need for the session?
A phone, tablet or computer with internet access and an email address. For the online session, a computer or tablet with a camera is best.
Does the AI cost anything afterwards?
The free version is usually enough to begin with. Whether you want a subscription later is entirely up to you.
What happens to my data?
We set the privacy options together, and you learn which details don't belong in an AI tool. This is practical guidance, not legal advice.
What if something comes up?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before.
