AI Integration: from trying it out to routine
Tried AI – and it fizzled out in day-to-day life? That happens to a lot of people. In four sessions we'll build AI firmly into your workflows, with templates that you and your team can use right away.
Save your three best instructions as templates. Then nobody on the team has to start from zero again.
How to: Write the instruction down properly once (task, tone, length, example) and put it somewhere everyone can find it – as a note, a text snippet, or directly in the AI programme.
Who is this for?
- You've already tried AI, but it hasn't become a firm part of your everyday work yet.
- There are two or three tasks that regularly eat up time: quotes, emails, texts, documentation.
- You want your team on board – with clear, simple rules.
No must-have: if the basics are missing, we cover them in the first session.
The four weeks
Week 1 – Taking stock
Where is most of the time being lost? We choose the three tasks that will pay off the most.
Week 2 – Building templates
We create a template for each task and test and refine it on real cases.
Week 3 – Bringing your team on board
A session with your team: showing the templates, trying them out, setting simple rules – including what doesn't belong in an AI tool.
Week 4 – Making it stick
What's working, what isn't? We tidy up and set out how things continue over the coming months.
Between sessions: questions by email.

Format and price
- €990 for 4 sessions of 90 minutes over 4 weeks
- online via Google Meet or in person in the Bavarian Oberland (travel by arrangement)
Final price. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.
Frequently asked questions
How much time do I need between sessions?
A bit of time to try things out, around an hour a week. The more you use the templates in everyday work, the more you'll get out of the next session.
Does my whole team need to take part?
No. You do the sessions alone or with someone you trust; the team joins in week 3.
Which programmes do we use?
Whatever suits your business. Often one programme you already have, or can start for free, is enough.
I haven't done AI Starter – can I still do this?
Yes. We cover any missing basics in the first session.
